Microsoft Frontpage is the easiest way. Then get a free web host like
http://www.angelfire.com
http://www.geocities.com
http://www.freewebtown.com
http://www.freewebs.com

The are a bunch more but those are the only ones I know by heart. By the way, no need to double post. And I'd expect people to yell at you for a question like "HOW DO U MAEK A SITE?"

1. We're not "teck" (or tech) support.

2. What the hell does "my thing just multiplyed [sic] itself" mean?

All you need to create a webpage is a standard text editor.

Unless you're a moron. Them peoples be needin them thar DreamWeaver thingamajigs.

Also, you need a web host. You usually need to pay for that. If you don't, they aren't any good, or they're a friend of yours.
