Then get a free web host like http://www.angelfire.com http://www.geocities.com http://www.freewebtown.com http://www.freewebs.com The are a bunch more but those are the only ones I know by heart. Them peoples be needin them thar DreamWeaver thingamajigs. Also, you need a web host. You usually need to pay for that. If you don't, they aren't any good, or they're a friend of yours.
