My dad just left my mom..., and our family.

Last night my dad said he was never comming back because he's sick of our family and left. My mom has been crying all night, she's been at her friend's house. Damn it, just damn it. My mom is unemployed and my brother needs special care and he thinks he can just waltz out of our lives? Damn it...this is going to be a hell of a holiday...

I feel depressed...(Not emo depressed just plain depressed)

Goddamn... I'm sorry. I don't really have any experience with that, so I can't help. That sounds horrible.

I know, I've heard of divored parent troubles but I never thought it'd happen to ME. I mean, dad was married to mom for like what, 20 years.

what did your family do to make him go off the deep end?

He never said. Mom said he didn't love her anymore, but he really did anyways.

I can relate to your situation. The first few years of my parents' divorce, I was practically traumutized, I was afraid to go anywhere near my dad at first. :x

Yeah, it's just breaking my heart to see my family like this. My little sister crying for her daddy back.

God, that really sucks, especially since your mom is unemployed and all...

And I definitely know how it feels too. My parents divorced when I was 10, I don't remember the exact reason why, but my mom used to see some other guy right around that time; she even sometimes took me over to his house at times. But then again that wasn't a very good way to begin the millenium though. At least my dad has a good job though; I wish my mom would get a real job and not one of those crap jobs like working at places like McDonald's, Wendy's, Captain D's, etc. ;_;

Well at least there is child support, and my brother has child support for life.

I've had similar problems, much like Kooper's, except with my dad seeing some other chick. I dare not want to talk about it at this time. (But, it IS how I lost my Advance Wars game FUNNY STORY..)


But my parents are still married, despite the drama going on at the time.

Bah I know what it feels like. My parents just got "officaly" divorced in May. But I see both of them every other week. (At mom's a week, then dad's a week) But I can't relate to my dad just walking out.


But he is a very serious workacholic. When he said he'd quit his job when they first got divorced.

Dad and Mom are far too catholic to get an offical divorce. I hope mom will remarry one day, she's so lonely.

Wouldn't that be illegal though? If they never got divorced.

She'll get one when she DOES find a man though I bet.

I'm sorry to hear that Princess Pie. My dad died of lung cancer back in Feb. 2000 if that makes you feel any beter.
Edit: No, wait. I think it was esophagus cancer. At least his death was quick and sufferles (if that's a real word)...

I can't exactly relate myself, but my parents are almost always *****ing at one another for one reason or another and they've come close to divorcing on at least two occasions.
