Regardless, I'm leaving my gate open for the next few days for two reasons: one, to get people to buy from Nookway, to make sure someone has bought from there, and two, to just plain drum up business, as fishing for Bells is a lot more tiring than it was in the original AC...

Are there frogs? In the GCN version I have a maze of frogs in terreriums in my house.

FINALLY made it up to Nookington's. He'll be remodeling the shop tomorrow, so I'll have it by Tuesday.

On a side note, I just bought a red turnip seed from Joan, so that I can start on the trading quest to get my golden axe. However...should I do that first, or save the quest for later, so I can get a new pattern from Wendell when he finally wanders in town?

It took me forever to get the game....and plus, you should never give out your friend code unless you want some random person to walk in and cut down all your trees.

That's why the game requires both players to have each other on their friends list; that way only people you know and trust can come in and cut down all your trees. :P
