This isn't even a very big deal; they aren't complaing, it's not ACTAULLY cutting off the food supply, it's basically just annoying the fisherman (although Japan has a lot of famous foods that icnlude fish). This article is very overdramatized. Unless you're going scuba diving in the waters of Japan anytime soon, there's really no reason to start worrying for our Japanese friends.
