I just installed Office XP, and it keeps making a Quick Launch Toolbar with buttons on it. I DON'T WANT IT. Every time I disable it, it comes back next time I re-start windows. I've even turned off the startup program that I believe makes it do that and it comes back. I know, I shouldn't be bothered by a silly toolbar, but I want the computer MY WAY.

I had to disable it a different way.
