Anyone know how I can rip music/sounds from a ds without putting a mic infront of the speakers and playing them? I know it's been done before so spill it.

I really need to rip some castlevania music :x

I'm actually trying to figure out a way somehow. I tried using the same method I used to get GBA sounds, though there seems to be static around the sounds in the wavetable.

MABYE I'M NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. :DDDDDDDDDDDDD

By opening up the ROM file in something like Goldwave or Modplug Tracker and searching through a bunch of static until I find where the sounds are located. Then separate each sound into files(manually, which takes a long time depending on the amount of sounds).

If there's a Sound volume control in the game, it'll be easy.

I don't really know anything about doing this, but if it's Castlevania music you're after this site has the soundtrack for Dawn of Sorrow up.

Maybe someone else can help you out with the music ripping cuz I'd like to know how to do that too :x
