What do you mean? Like change the sounds in ROMS? You'd have to learn ROM editing to do that.

As Far as I know, it depends on your game.
Every known USF file is compressed, and, for example SNES music isn't, so it can be edited straight with a HEX editor.
But, since USF files are compressed, You'll have to figure out how to decompress the music.

I think he's talking about something that works like the texture changing plugin, where it replaces the music at runtime.

You can't effectively replace compressed data directly in an N64 game even if you know how to decompress and compress, because whatever you chose to insert into the game can be no larger than what allready existed after compression.

Unless you extend the rom size.
