I found these in the Mario Kart DS Rom.
And I think that they're level/cup stuff, but I'm not sure.
Finding the correct value is like a rape. It takes time, it's annoying, and just when you're about to find some good stuff, you don't.
So I didn't do it myself.
So uhh, Credit and some other stuff goes to anyone who finds a Good Palette.
It hasn't got to be perfect, but good will do.
