Are you daft. The rabbit fell asleep because he thought he would win with his speed being 2000 times faster than the tortoise. Therefore, he would've won with no sweat.

As Wario, you hop into an open Pokeball (size large) and emerge as POCKET WARIO. You now have the ability to fire lightning bolts, decieve enemies with your innocent looks (yeah right), and be incredibly, INCREDIBLY annoying.
A hop back into the pokeball or getting struck by lightning reverses the effect.
