I saw some of Heran Bago's ROM hacks at the Lucky Rock Hole, and I am interested in his hacks "Super Gunstar Heroes" and "Newtrogic High Zone". The only problem is that the files are compressed in WinRAR, and I don't want to download any trial version of it. So I'd just like them in ZIP compression. I'd provide a link to the hacks, but they contain both the IPS files AND the patched ROM files.

Use ZipGenius. It supports RAR files. It supports a heap of other compression types, too.
