HATE TO BE A NUISANCE, BUT..., help on Rage Mario's koopa shell how-to?

I downloaded this, and it involves things called alterable values and internal flags. Can't make heads or tails of it myself; I feel like Bob Frickin Lazar examining alien tech! I know how to do static, but I don't know what the hell this is, and Rage Mario is unfortunately one of those sadistic bozos whose how-to isn't, because it has no instructions. Any help? I'd prefer for my helper to download this as well, so he/she can help me dissect it. -------------------- When I let people know I'm autistic, most of them think I said "optimistic." So I correct them and explain the difference between the two: Whereas autism is a mental disorder, optimism is a severe mental disorder.

Alterable Values are supposed to store numbers such as X and Y positions in static engines, while flags are for on/off type things

I don't know why he used the Alterable Value because it looks like it's doing the same as flag

Yes, there is no obligation, but I know I'd do it if I made a how-to, and I also know that making a small MS word/notepad doc is about the easiest part of making a how-to.
