I'm not a Bambi fan, but the animation is pretty good and that snow is beautiful. So while I won't be seeing it, I don't think it looks that bad, especially not for the target audience.

But the thing that actually grabs me, is that the animation actually looks decent, and they have expressions on their faces. The old movie didn't really do that. I'm looking forward to it, simply because of the animation. However, you shouldn't be suprised at disney sequels :P
