Well I just always assumed this came to a different basic meaning. I mean, when he says this statement in Maxim it's kind of a "haha" because the first thing that comes to Maxim's readers, and mainstream is that there will be some graphic sex scene in Zelda. Just like when Miyamoto said that Link will be a "cowboy" it's not the same cowboy that first came to my mind (Clint Eastwood cowboy). I think it's somewhat of a mis-translation, or a misnomer of what Miyamoto is trying to get across; in that I believe he means that Twilight Princess will carry on with a more mature, and dark theme, which I thought was already pretty clear already from the recent E3 screens.
