could somebody please make this background transparent, GraphicsGales Transparency options won't work. ;_;

I can't see it, but by the looks of things you've saved it as a .png. MSIE and a few other browsers can't view the transparency in .pngs, so the only advice I can give you is saving it as a .gif (With transparency of course).

You need to make it so that the frame settings AND layer settings both allow transparency.

I can't see the image either.
