Netbattle Tourney redux?, IF YOU WANT TO JOIN, POST HERE!

ATTN: Anyone who wants to join, say so, because I'm going to take as many people as possible. So many people want to play, so I can't really limit it to 8 players anymore. But you all have to be here on a given day. That will be determined later.
Attention: Tournament will be on Sunday, February 26th, at around 4 or 5 PM Indiana time. Hopefully you all will be there. Gives you all time to train!
I already PMed everyone who posted in this and talked to AIM with, I will post the new list and it will grow as I confirm more people.

Something is telling me that the netbattle tourney is falling on deaf ears. Msonic said that Bowserman dropped out, others can't make it or have to wait till a certain time, and since we haven't played this in a while, something tells me this needs to be retooled or something.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Do we keep it at 16 people? Do we go to 8? Or do we have 12 people and do the round robin thing like we did the first time? Should we only enlist those who will be ready easily?

It may be good idea to have less people, seeing the odds of them all being online at once is nearly impossible.

Oh, I should mention a design plan I'm doing.
When Kooper got his ass kicked by KT15, I realized there was a skill level imbalance. Here's a chart I made to show you what I'm going to do. For the sake of the graph, the pros are called HI and those who are more prone to losing are the LOs.

This way, everyone will be able to fight someone of their own skill level in the beginning, and assuming the highs always win, it will thin out at the end. I didn't put all of the highs and lows on their own sides because in the end it would be a high VS a low and it would be an unfair shoe-in.

Single elimination is sorta silly anyhow; if you're going to do it as single elimination, don't worry about how it's going to match up on a HI to LO basis; if we are to compete everyone needs to be aware of what level they're at, and they should play accordingly for the utmost entertainment of everyone.

It looks like we have more than 8 willing to join... for this I'm definately going to have to confirm everyone being in. I just asked some people on AIM, and one of them asked someone else if they would join.
I'm wondering if we do that round robin thing like before.
