They never said that at my schools, but by the time of middle school pokemon cards were banned from school

i went to a Christian school

Everyone said pokemon were demons and satan oriented, which was stupid

if you look it up in the wikipedia, EVEN the POPE dismissed pokemon as harmless

The thing I miss most is the lack of responsibility, really.

It's weird that, as a child, all I did was imagine I was an adult and look forward to actually being one, and now that I am one, I really wish I could go back to being a responsibility-less kid.

Considering the fact that I'm one of the youngest members here most of the stuff isn't really that long ago :E
I actually don't want to go back to elementary days that much because I was so negative and never happy at the time, felt everyone picked on me etc :P
BUT NOW I LAFF @ DEATH IN DA FACE LOL
(If you count not doing a project until a month later when it's due tomorrow as death yeah ...
... I got a 85% on it wow)

One thing I can think of right now isn't very long ago at all ... more like just a year ago >_>;; First Ragnarok Server ever for me, it's where I met my "supa bestest friends k" on MFGG really, I doubt I'd be talking to them as much now if it werent' for that game XD Big thanks to Hanyou for inviting me even though I was stupid and couldn't even spell the game name correctly ^_^
God hahaha, was digging around year old folders last time and found some aim chat logs ... lmao back then Draco was so nice to me even though I was even stupidurrer than now ... and I used to freak out when someone said the word "damn", damn. LOL

I'm missing my cousins/family now since I haven't seen them ever since around 1st-3rd grade ... should I go back or should they come here? D:

The Clay Fighter series..

I miss the days of Bad Mister Frosty ***** slapping Helga and who could get forget Booger Man vs Earthworm Jim?

My childhood burned into a pathetic pile of ashes and blew away the day I realized We may never get another goofy ass CF game ever again.

That Wikipedia article also claims that Christians don't like it because it involved evolution, which dismisses the whole "creationism/intelligent design" scenario.

Can you imagine creationists in the Pokemon world? laugh3.gif

@TheSoulBlazer: OMG YES LARPS! Man, I had a good few ones going. Something about the Super Saiyan Pinch or something like that...

And pretending to be Mario. I always wound up being Luigi anyway, but since this was the era of the Super Show, and before SM64, they still had those Brooklyn accents. Fun!

Hahahaha, if the POPE said it, then I believe it.

Someone ask the Pope if Christians these days are taking **** too seriously.

I remember find an old pan in my garage, and going to my backyard to play with it. I would always pretend I was on a cooking show and I was the chef. I'd put mud in the pan as the cake, and put some dry dirt on top with grass. Then, I'd dump it out, and start over.

I also remember my brother, sister, and I would go catch a bunch of frogs and put them in a bucket during the summer. We also had this really small pond(and I mean small) in the backyard. We would put the frogs in there and watch them swim. One time I noticed a frog was sinking to the bottom. I told my brother and he reached in and got it out. We noticed there was a hole in his back. We had no idea how this happened. We burried him and had a funeral. But later that day, we were walking around and we saw that same exact frog that had the whole in its back jumping around. He wasn't dead! It freaked us all out bad.

I also remember watching Nickelodeon ALL the time. I used to watch doug, rocko, Kenan & Kel, ect. Now today I miss the shows, and now Nick has turned into something different.

Old play grounds. New playgrounds give you way to many blisters.

Also I miss everything being so big.
