I would have said Majora's Mask, though I finally got my hands on it (Collectors' Edition, to be precise) just a few days ago. Hooray for me.

Hmm, what else? Notice that these are all Playstation titles:

-Final Fantasy 7: I admit, I only want to see what the fuss is about. I personally enjoyed the Final Fantasys of the Nintendo era, so I don't see why I wouldn't enjoy this title as well, as much of a departure from the originals as it may be.

-Final Fantasy 9: The only other FF after #6 I am interested in. Perhaps because it borrows elements from the originals.

-TearRing Saga: I honestly don't know much about this title, but the fact that it is a Fire Emblem rip-off created by Shouzou Kaga (co-creator of FE 1-5) is enough for me.

I know there's some.

Most of the 'rare' (Not the company, although I would like to play CBFD) games for the Sega Saturn and N64, basically, and Daytona USA 2001 for the Dreamcast. It's not too big of an issue as some of them occasionally pop-up at Gamestation or whatever.

Jump Superstars. Nintendo DS Emulation isn't up to snuff yet, and I can't import it either since my parents are paranoid about using credit cards over the internet.
