I have no idea, but from what I can tell, for some reason it doesn't think the stream (MP3, I assume) you are trying to open exists.

Can you check what the given lines read? NotePad's got this Goto command that lets you use a line number...

you can't open a file for reading if it doesn't exist.

Try:

fopen("./online.txt", "r");

and make sure the file actually exists in the same directory as online.php

Likewise if you're opening it for writing, you'd better be certain the tisoft directory is chmodded to 0777

Also I'm not sure why you have a fclose() immediately following a fopen().

I'm not sure what you're doing, but you might want to look into the following functions:
file()
file_get_contents()

Draco: File stream. In this case, a text file.
