...How the hell is anybody faster than I AM

UGH.

How the hell can you beat cato/azn/INFERNO? No matter HOW much I snake (and I do it well, I can pretty much boost an entire lap) I CAN NEVER catch up with them without pelting them with red shells.

I use hop drifiting, I tried my best to stay in the air to sustain top speed, and I would take extra shortcuts that would take you off course without losing speed, and THEY WOULD STILL CATCH UP WITH ME EFFORTLESSLY WITHOUT A SWEAT. I have great control over my dry bomber, and it's very, very annoying to contend guys like these.

Crackers have recently found a simple change of variables to enable you to go 150 while others are at normal speed, too. What the hell?

Either that, or the dry bomber.

They're probably better snakers, but do they use items?

I've raced INFERNO and Alex4Life (Doubt you've heard of him), they're the MKDS gods (Though INFERNO deletes his losses). I tied with INF and lost by landslides to A4L.

INFERNO uses Bones in Egg1, and Alex4Life uses Toad in Dry Bomber.

I'd play MFGGers but no one is ever on when I poll.

And apparently I can only get a win when someone discconects in a 4-player race, because everyone snakes, or disconnects if they're an even match for me. >:(

- Use Drybones in the Poltergust
- Start with the start-boost glitch
- Use what should be the most prevalent tactics in your mind (i.e. purposefully losing a spot so you can get a more deadly item)

I love how I spend hours doing complex snaking patterns with precise timing and taking shortcuts and cutting every corner to the paragon of perfection and then being beat by a staff ghost using ****ing DAISY and not doing any of the above

I've also raced against someone on Wi-Fi whose name was Mr. T. and he was like one of those Mario Kart gods and has 3 stars in his name. He beat me in all 4 races.

And, in another match, Profiler (You lot may not have heard of him), who is also a 3-star player who doesn't seem to snake, and I drew with him.

Mr. T. uses Toad in Egg 1 and Profiler uses R.O.B.

Mr. T is incredibly annoying to race x.x

A4L was just as annoying.

but cato... ugh x.x

I tried the polterguest, however it's still as slow as the other two karts everyone chooses =X (and the start boost was always in mario kart nightwing =O)

I've raced Mr. T as well. I used to have him on my FL.

Mario Kart DS is far too unbalanced.

Too bad MKDS doesn't have some way of nuking your entire save data (and possibly perma-blocking you from the WiFi service) if you **** around with stuff you aren't supposed to

God that would be so awesome

How do you delete losses? o.o

Unplug your USB connector in the middle of a match, wait for the game to lock up, the turn your DS off. Instead of gaining losses, you'll lose them. I dunno if it works with a router.

Don't use intentionally. You don't want to be a cheater, do you?

Somebody check the Top 5 MKDS Players chart at the Nintendo Wi-Fi website (region doesn't matter), there's a new Mario Kart god at the top, above INFERNO.

True, he started snaking on me on the 3rd race 2nd lap after I started snaking.

I still hate the snaking concept.

How dare someone powerslide on straightways to gain a speed boost. How ****ing dare they.
