Ok; in short, I know of at least a twin set of stories where USB devices are totally disabling the internet on my machine and my girlfriend's machine.

For me; trying to plug in the webcam one day totally killed my internet, it did not come back until I took the unit into another room, plugged it into a different wall connection and rebooted. Then when returned to my room; it worked fine (albeit without any USB devices plugged in)

Now my girlfriend; she seems to -suddenly- (i.e. this didn't happen before) be having problems with her DS WiFi Connector... what could cause this? Are USB driver updates in order, or is there simply a conflict we can't control?
