I really doubt you'll find something like that here. Japanese can be difficult to translate, and ROM translating projects usually involve teams of people who work on it for several months. You might be able to find someone who can tell you the gist of what a certain character is saying, but a complete translation is something that would probably take several skilled people (or one very genius person) and a long time. There's a project going on to translate one of the Japanese Phoenix Wright games and after a few months of work they've only gotten one case translated, so you can see how it takes a long time.

Especially for an RPG where you would have to translate all the dialogue, item names, enemy names, etc.

If you can learn katakana (is that the right one? Correct me if I ****ed that up) you can translate most of the necessities in a game, because katakana is how they write other language's words; they'll sound very similar to the original and you can probably figure out what it means, ie. Appuru --> Apple

I have a few solutions to your problem, but they may not work:

1, you could buy a foreign dictionary from a store or ask someone else to for you. (no offense intended)

2, you could use a transalator that works well (good luck)

3, if you have a friend who is from Japan (I hope I did not set your hopes up), give him a call.

Otherwise I'm broke on the descisions, If so, yell at me all you want for it. I'm sorry if I didn't help you.

Super Mario IV: Vendetta of the Guillotine Mask is now permanently cancelled. I may start a new project.
