The trailer suffers from an unstable camera and poorly recorded sound due to a handheld camcorder, and I'm not really enticed by the editing job displayed either.

But the game itself looks like a promising addition to the Megaman Zero/X line.

It is pretty cheesily filmed, but it got the point across.
Looks like a good game, but my only complaint is that it looks way too much like all the other games in the Mega Man series. But maybe that's what people want. I for one would like a little more new.
