Yes, Ripway supports PHP. On free accounts? Unheard of!

But SQL, I cannot be sure. :p

Once there was a shyguy who
came back to MFGG for one day to post,
then he went back to dreaming about ramen.

To Be Continued...?

Here's the stuff for Digibase:
username.digibase.ca
1GB Storage
No Banners or Pop-ups
FTP access
2 MySQL databases
PHP, Perl/CGI, SSI
Tech support for IPB, phpBB, and CuteNews

They also have a service if you own a domain name:
username.tld
3GB Storage
No Banners or Pop-ups
FTP access
5 MySQL databases
PHP, Perl/CGI, SSI
Tech support for IPB, phpBB, and CuteNews
25 email accounts: POP3 and IMAP access, spam filtering with SpamAssasin, virus scaning with Clam AntiVirus

Only thing is that you have to register and make 10 posts on their forums first, which can be hard as the board is kinda dead and their SPAM forum doesn't count posts.
