Personally i'd prefer the buttonised messages of Advance Wars: Dual Strike...

But what i'd like even more would be a section in the menu that sends you to a Picto-chat esque keyboard, so you can chat during your own turn.

If they do put voice chat into the next AW... i'd like an option to turn it off please.
