Replace cncs32.dll with a newer version, which you can find on just about any site that has TGF games.

It says "The application or DLL C:\WINNT\system32\CNCS32.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

TRANSLATION: CNCS32.dll is all ****ed up. Get a newer version.

Remember, it's CNCS32.dll. CNCS232.dll is for Vitalize, which you don't need unless you want to make crappy online games*.

Basically, go find a TGF game site, or just download the newest version from Clickteam and it should be fine.

*MMF's Vitalize is a lot better
