And more of this sailing crap? Ugh.

It doesent look like a sailboat to me. But a ferry or something. Eitherway I hope there isn't too much of it =/

That vehicle is the pimpmobile of the ocean. It should have a whole game to itself O;

Not sure where Tatl and Tael got their names from, though.

Tattle.
The other one im unsure about. Tale?

Anyway, this look like a fairly decent Zelda.

As for the Gamespot page. I found some statements.

QUOTE
The game appears to use the stylus in a few different ways, such as drawing an hourglass shape to open a door, plotting out the path of a ship on the ocean, and writing numbers, though the reasons for the number writing are currently unknown.

When the he writes the numbers on the map there is a button that clearly says "memo" So perhaps you write down memos yourself instead of them appearing automatically?

QUOTE
The game is shown on the upper screen of the DS, while the lower screen displays your map, but occasionally, the two will switch places.

Isn't the game shown on the lower screen in the video? And the map on the top?

QUOTE
The brief demo being shown at the Nintendo keynote also showed Navi, the fairylike sparkling glow that let you see what you were targeting back in The Ocarina of Time

Is there any proof that it is Navi? ;P Tho it would be cool if Navi from OOT would meet up with another Link 100 years later.

QUOTE
There was also a clip of Link sailing the seas in a boat, and attacking enemies with a cannon.

Again, not sailing

Hello everyone and welcome to my first edition of Phantom Hour Glass Rumor Patrol!

I ascertained the following rumors from watching the first trailer:

The game is definitely in Wind Waker-like graphics.
You control Navi with the stylus, and Link will follow.
Sailing is done by dragging a line on your map, and the boat will follow.
There are ship battles on the way to the island you are heading too
There will be bosses that require the use of both screens.
It will be in "2.5D" Which is a camera angle inspired by 2D games, but rendered completely in 3D.
You will be able to write notes on your map.
Some doors will require symbols drawn on them.
Link has a fairy in this game - possibly Tatl or a brand new one. It sounds like Navi.
Most of the action happens on the bottom screen, with the map on the top, though the 2 switch from time to time.
You can trace a path for Link's boomerang with the stylus.
That about wraps it up! The next time a trailer shows up, look for the Rumor Patrol.

I reacon it'll be controlled like Mario 64, where you have the option to either control with the touch screen or just use the D-Pad.

Anyways, after seeing this video and New Super Mario Bros. video, I went out yesterday and bought myself a DS with Mario 64! I love it! It's better for playing GBA games on and it's just great. So I'm really chuffed with it.
