And of course Super Mario Bros. That movie is great fun. I don't give a ** weather it's exactly like the games or not. Exorcist II: The Heretic is a pretty decent arty B-movie if you consider it that way. Not the worst film ever made like some say but still pretty crap. Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace I couldn't care less what the nerds think, I love it. In fact, it's my favourite out of all 6 Star Wars movies. Slayers: The Motion Picture pissed Slayers (anime) fans off because it only had the lead character from the series and none of the others, they were replaced by a new character. However this new character is in my opinion more humorous than all of the previous ones put together, and the story and style of the movie is leaps and bounds above the series. The film gets slated just for the fact that it doesn't include some cheesy characters which I think is a real shame. The Guyver aka Mutronics: The Movie** is the live action version of a bloody, violent and fun manga cartoon and comic book, but people hate it because it was a big tongue in cheek gag-fest and didn't take itself seriously. ...But on a low budget with a korny Japanese gore fest cartoon to base it on, what can you expect? The sequel took itself more seriously, and WAS cool, but the gags and laughs in this one can't be beat. -------------------- Pop Culture / Movies / Gaming / Music / Anime / Randomness

A lot of the "nerds" actually rate Episode I fairly high, along with the other two prequels. It's mostly the casual fans who look down on it.

As for underrated movies.... I say Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
