Possible sodomy at my school tomorrow

There have been people talking a lot in the halls at school about this big event that's supposed to go on tomorrow. Ok it wasn't that many people, but the dean sent a note home that reminded all students that participate in sexual activity with someone of the same sex could be arrested because it's considered sodomy under Texas state law. Immediately after the letter was delivered to early morning classes, people began to talk; more specifically the gay community up at the school. They were using harsh tones and saying things like "Well we're just gonna do it anyway", and at one point, I think I even saw two guys exchange loving glances. So basically, I should have some news tomorrow about what's going to happen that way; because I -think- some kids are going to sodomize each other. --------------------

On the topic, that's actually pretty shocking seeing that it's Texas. I think in our entire school, there are two gay/bi people (Jukku included). Texas is a really conservative state, so it's weird to see that there's even a trace of that over there.

Well they don't live anywhere near here though.

It isn't like this thing is uncommon, while it is an express violation of the law; it's like your average rule about law enforcement. If the law is not enforced it really has no place in the books because people are having all sorts of relationships like this behind closed doors. Not because they're closeted, but because that's just how you have a relationship.

The only thing that would really bug me about it; is how blatant the defiance is on the breath of these people, one time I even had one guy come onto me as I was buying lunch. It was a pretty ridiculous scenario that I didn't really get the feel for until I realized how rarely someone participated in coyly humored smalltalk with me in a lunch line. Suddenly being asked what I had in that box was almost predatorial, and I'm not too ashamed to admit I ran away rather than try and find a decent end to the conversation
