It will be certainly interesting to see how my opponent can argue "for shorter summer vacation". It's got to suck for him! But of course he could go on to say that school hours could be shortened. Help me out here, please. I have no idea how to counter something like that. -------------------- Apologies for the nostalgia.

With shorter vacation he can always pull out statistics on failing students and whatnot and talk about how more school time is needed, meanwhile on the longer vacation side of things about the only argument I can think of is that a longer vacation period gives students the rest they need to do better. And he could easily counter that point as well. I loved debates at school, my opponents tended to irritate me though
