See readme file, or figure it out for yourself, like I did. It's far too complicated to explain in a single post.

Get into the level editor. Take some random objects out of a lib (that list on the left hand side), stick them on the main screen. Right-click on them and mess around with the options. Give one object some player controlled movement. Run the step through editor and see what happens. When TGF shouts at you, click something make it stop (press escape... I think). Go into the Event Editor and cry at the confusing mess you have just created. Post screenshots here.

Listen to everyone else. Find some tutorials and mess around with it and learn what each button does. Then start seeing what you can do with things.

I can't help you thoguh becaue i'm a horrible game maker :(

Klik and Play came with a demo video that walked you through making a Breakout clone. The guy cheated though! (I think)

Try searching for TGF tutorials on the basics... Reading the instrction manual would be a great idea too. (Even though everyone warez it so gets no manual...) Oh! Try the online manual.

TGF actually doesn't come with a manual. I got it legally, and all they give you is the registration code.

Not only did Klik & Play have a demo video, but that video was made in Klik & Play.

Mine did, I have two copies of it and both came in a long box with big thick manuals, but then again mine were purchased back in 1997. I'm sure now its all in PDF format.
