Vote 1924 Group: Admins Posts: 16468 Member No.: 785 Joined: 16-January 05 Status: (0d)	This started off with me fooling around with TGF's sprite editor, improving on that horrible-looking Mario HUD sheet I submitted nearly a year ago. It quickly changed into a Sonic ring, which then inspired me to make a ring box, until it was worth showing off. I'm actually really amazed on how well this turned out. I think I've accidently made it look Knuckles Chaotix style, which wasn't the original plan. Yeah, Sonic team were lazy and only gave the monitors two or three frames of animation, even in the later games when they could afford to make it look a lot better.

Still isn't as smooth as knuckles chaotix I don't think, but smoother than the genesis originals. Maybe you should also make floating item box sprites.

These are classic sonic items ONLY. I'm not making boxes for items I've not even heard of.

Also Invincibility and the empty boxes are already there, and if you need that green sheild from the Sonic Advance games you can recolour the blue one.

Fire, water and electric sheilds will probably be created though.

Think I got a bit carried away with the 'smashed' box a bit, but it's still something that gets left out of too many 'custom monitor' sheets. I've also added the Sonic 3/S&K items to the collection, although I'm not to happy with the fire one.
