Sprite Competition?, Not what you expect...

What was to be a sprite comp has been transformed into the all powerful... TEH BACKGROUND, FOREGROUND, AND TILESET COMPETITION ----------------- The Rules: 1: All tilesets, backgrounds, foreground objects must be similar to the ones in the Official Mario Games. 2: There must be enough background, foreground, and tilesets to complete a fairly sized level. Notes: Your entry doesn't need to be set to 2D platformer only, Isometric and other familiar ones are allowed. One tile isn't allowed... common sense. Have a reasonable amount of tiles in your entry. You are allowed to have multiple sets of tiles and backgrounds for different types of levels (fire levels, castle levels, grass levels, ice levels... etc.) This competition will last two weeks seeing how Tilesets may take longer, and you are REQUIRED to have more than 10 different tiles. ^^ GOOD LUCK here are some examples- Images from Mario's Mansion 2, Super Mario Adventure, Pocket Mario Demo, Mario Left The Cheese Out, Super Mario: Mushroom Chaos. -------------------- Affiliates:

No.

But I will put the tilesets together in like a little picture of a level layout if you'd like.

Okay, here's my entry. Behold the chocolatey goodness of the Chocolate Cookie Level.

The background shown in the example "level" is not made by me, but I think it fits. If this is against the rules please tell me and I'll change it.
