I don't have a direct link to this, because this is just all stuff I've collected over the course of reading a ton of official forums.

Basically, Uru Live is going to be back, in a big way. An announcement is expected shortly: there's an in-game meeting this friday about "Funding & the Future". RII and I will probably be there (maybe Bungalo too if he gets the game by then). I'm not sure when a launch would be, but we're basically guaranteed that there's going to be new ages.
A while ago, Rand Miller said he's exercising "cautious optimism" about Uru Live coming back. On the official DRC site, RAWA posted the Cautious Optimism Advisory System and said we're currently at a yellow.

Looks like we're getting an announcement in the next month.
