GIF Construction Set 32. You can get it at download.com

It's free, but you have to put up with a 'Please Buy This' popup window that stays active for 20 seconds. But it's a small price to pay, it's really easy to use.

Search there. I use UnFREEz, the frames need to be GIFs but that's no problem.

Hint: Make all your frames the same size. Makes it easier to align it so it looks right.

Go up where it says Search, select "Downloads" and type
